







What if my shoes don't fit perfectly?

We want you to be 100% happy with your Upper Street shoes, so if the fit isn't quite right, please contact us within seven (7) working days with your order reference and telephone number and we'll get the problem resolved to your satisfaction.

UK Customers
If your shoes don’t fit when they arrive, we’ll be happy to either pay for your local cobbler to adjust them, or you can send them back to us so that we can either alter or remake them at no extra charge.
Please send your shoes by recorded delivery including your name and order number to:

Please return your shoes within fourteen (14) working days and make sure that the shoes are unworn and in the original packaging, as this is considered part of the product.
We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
If for any other reason you’re not happy with your shoes, then we can either remake them or refund you the full cost of your purchase, excluding the original shipping costs. Please contact us and we’ll discuss all the options with you so you have the perfect pair of shoes.
International Customers
